The website offers an e-Commerce marketplace for dropshippers and retailers, selling products across fashion and lifestyle categories (inclusive of but not limited to women's fashion, women's tops, kurtis, sarees, beauty and personal care, men's fashion, casual wear, men's shoes, home decor), associated marketing, payment, order management and other incidental services to enable the transactions as available from time to time on the website.

1.2 The Terms and Conditions (the Terms of Service) shall apply to all users of the website, including but not limited to users who browse, wholesale vendors (the Vendors), merchants or contributors of content (collectively the users). By visiting or accessing any part of the website or utilising the services here within, the users agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If the users don’t agree to any or all of the Terms of Service, they may not access the website or use any of the services.

1.3 The website/Company reserves the right to make modifications, amendments & updates to the Terms of Service from time to time at its sole discretion. The changes can be implemented without any prior intimation or notification to the user. The user agrees to stay updated by checking this space.

1.4 The Terms of Service govern the use of the website. 4. Orders and Financial Terms

4.1 The website allows users to place orders for the products sold by various Vendors. The website/Company does not own and sell products on its own and/or does not control the Vendors. The Company reserves the right to remove any product from the website.

4.2 The users understand that any order placed shall be subjected to the terms and conditions set out in the Terms of Service and any additional terms and conditions imposed by the concerned Vendor/Supplier.

4.3 On receipt of an order from a User, the website/Company shall send electronically a confirmation through a third party application to the Vendor/Supplier concerned. Further, the website/Company may inform the User about the availability or price change of the order as informed by the Vendor. Confirmation of the order shall be treated as final.

4.4 The users agree to provide accurate and current information while placing orders on the website. In connection with any order, information such as name, billing address and credit card information will have to be provided to a third-party payment processor. The User will be subjected to terms and conditions governing the use of that third party’s service and privacy policies. Users are requested to review the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy before using the website services.

4.5 The website/Company merely collects the payment on behalf of the Vendor or Supplier. All applicable taxes and shipping charges are being determined and charged by the Vendor or Supplier. The website/Company holds no responsibility for the legal correctness/validity of the levy of such taxes.

5.1 The users agree, undertake and confirm that the users’ use of the website shall be strictly governed by these Terms of Service. The User’s use of the website shall be solely for their personal use.
