What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges (if any) vary with each Supplier/Seller.
Suppliers/Sellers incur comparatively higher shipping costs on low-priced items. In such cases, charging a nominal delivery charge helps them to offset the logistic charges.
Please check the section ‘Delivery & Return Policy’ corresponding to each product, which will state the Delivery Charges (if any).
Most of the products listed on our website are delivered free i.e there are no additional delivery charges - Free Shipping.
Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of X-Y business days?
The Supplier or our courier partners may have a holiday between the day you placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners and Suppliers do not work on Sundays and this is factored into the delivery dates.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Suppliers/Sellers generally ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:
The Supplier offering the product.
Availability of the product with the Supplier.
The destination to which you want the order to be shipped and the location of the Supplier.

The estimated delivery date will be intimated to you on your registered email/registered mobile after you have placed your order with us. It will be shared with you only after your order is Booked with the Supplier. Kindly wait for 1-8 hours for the same.
Are there any hidden costs on items sold on Ayutamart?
There are NO hidden charges when you purchase on our website. Listed prices are final and most of them are inclusive of the GST. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.
Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged (if any) extra. The added charge will be stated under the ‘Delivery & Return Policy’ for each item. It also will be clearly stated on the checkout page.
Why does the estimated delivery time vary from product to product?
Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the product outlet, your shipping address and the courier partner’s time-to-deliver in your requested location.
The product cannot be shipped to my area. Why?
Our courier partners cover 30000+ pin codes across India, which enables us to successfully deliver most of our orders.
In the rare case, if we are unable to deliver to your location, you will be let known of the same only after you have placed the order. Unfortunately, we don’t have the required technology to offer a dynamic process where the customer can be made aware of non-serviceability before placing the order.
Kindly provide correct pin code for easy approval and fulfilment of your order.

Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location.
The availability of reliable courier partners in your location.
At times Suppliers prefer not to ship to certain locations. This is entirely at their discretion.
How can I Return an item?
Our courier partners will assist in the reverse pickup.
Is international delivery available?
At the present, we don’t deliver items outside of India.
You will be able to purchase on our site from anywhere in the world with credit/debit cards or opt for the Cash on Delivery option but ensure that the shipping address is in India.
