This is a scheme offered to the customers, under which the options of Exchange, Replacement and/or Refund are made available. We, Ayutamart, provide Easy Returns (within 5 days of product delivery) for most of the listed products. 

 

Please note that all products do not have the same Return Policy. For all products, the return/replacement policy provided on the product page, under the section ‘Delivery & Return Policy', shall prevail over the general Return Policy. Do refer to the respective item's applicable return/replacement policy on the product page for an accurate idea of the associated Return Policy. 

 

Non-Returnable Products

 

Some products are not returnable due to their nature (perishable, consumable, etc) or other reasons (such as hygiene issues).

 

Reverse Pick-Up and Processing

 

In the case of a Return Order where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address.

 

For a hassle-free Return experience, please make sure that the delivered item(s) is unused, undamaged and in original condition without any stain, scratches or holes.

 

For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received at the Point of Origin.

 

In certain cases where we are unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be issued.
